Blue Lane are a Glasgow based jazz group comprising:

Gordon Hastie – Drums
Violet Leighton – Vocals

We play music which jazz enthusiasts will like but which has a much wider appeal. We choose great tunes and give them a fresh treatment with rhythms that set the feet tapping and might even sometimes make you want to dance. Our repertoire includes tunes by Miles Davis, Herbie Hancock, Chick Corea, Cannonball Adderley and Horace Silver, as well as standards by people such as George Gershwin and Jerome Kern.
